CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Due to the nature of in person events and the costs associated with them planning them, we are unable to give refunds if you can’t make the intensive for any reason.   However, we understand that life happens.  If you need to cancel, we will credit what you paid minus the cost of the digital or other BONUSES for the event towards any of TheUniverseGuru LLC digital courses as long as we are notified within 15 business days of the event date. 

You acknowledge that since we are not sellers of travel, we wouldn’t be able to be responsible or liable for other travel related expenses like flights, transportation, lodging, hotels, food, covid test, or any other incidentals etc. We STRONGLY recommend getting travel insurance to protect yourself and your trip.  You are only paying for the cost of attending our seminar during the specified date and time.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances for example, state or federal lock downs, acts of war, acts of God, government policy changes, or anything else outside of our control we will move the trainings online to zoom.

If you received this intensive as part of a coaching package you will get your credit back to use for a future event minus any digital bonuses you received if you can't attend as long as we are notified within 15 days of event. 

Please make sure you are physically and mentally healthy enough to attend this event.  We reserve the right to refuse entry if your condition is a risk to the health and well being of other participants.
