  • I don't see purchased courses in my account.

    The most common reason for this is when students have accidentally created multiple accounts on our school site. Please make sure the account you logged into is the SAME ONE you used to make your purchase.

    The most common reason for this is when students have accidentally created multiple accounts on our school site or have a typo in their email. See if you can find the account creation receipt which will show your correct email address. You can also reset your password and see if that helps.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We have a strict no refund policy and want everyone to own and back their purchase decisions. Please be 100% sure before making your purchase.

  • Does Mina have a set schedule for her Live streams?

    There isn't a set schedule for the Live stream. When you sign up, you’ll also get access to all past streams, so there’s plenty of content to dive into. Questions aren’t submitted in advance, but you’ll have the opportunity to ask during the live sessions.

  • I need help with my Affirm or Klarna account.

    Unfortunately, our team does not have access to these 3rd party company's customer service support. Please contact them directly.

  • How I can change my payment method information?

    You can update your payment details directly in the portal by following these steps: *** On Desktop: *** Click the Profile icon arrow, Select My Account > Billing *** On Mobile: *** Tap the Profile icon, Go to My Information > Edit Profile, Scroll down and select Billing

  • Does Mina offer payment plans?

    We now offer buy now pay later options like Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay to USA residents. These options show up at checkout for you to select. Paypal also offers payment plans in some countries. We do not have international payment plans at this time. Please consult your credit card companies or bank.

  • Does Mina offer an affiliate program?
