The core curriculum will be delivered as a pre-recorded training consisting of six deep dive lessons, with live group coaching sessions held in real time in March 2026, giving everyone time to watch and embody the curriculum. 

This is advanced nervous system training.
Completion of the Three-Week Nervous System Reboot is required prior to participation.
