2 days of intensive coaching presented with Mina's fun, light, and vibrant personality - Spread out over 2 days with lots of fun breaks and ample time to digest the information.

Pre-Intensive Kickoff: Friday (Optional)

Meet us Friday evening for a casual meet and greet to mingle with your feminine sisters as you get to know each other better!

Day One: Saturday

We will start the day with  a lovely breakfast as we set our INTENTIONS and learn to pull in our ENERGY to prepare for our time together. 

Then we will be settle into Wounded Feminine Healing Workshop 1 to help you CLEANSE and RELEASE.  

After breaking for coffee, we will meet up again for some FEMININE @ PLAY Meditation and RITUALS to get you centered and grounded.   

After a lovely and leisurely 2 hour lunch with some casual MOVEMENT to digest the information and create some FLOW and spaciousness, we will return for the Feminine Awakening Workshop 2.

Then it's off for some friendly chit chat and a snack break as we flow into the Feminine at PLAY segment of ENERGETIC Releasing and Preserving Rituals.  We will end the day with some FUN and DANCING! 

Day Two: Sunday

We will once again start the day with a lovely breakfast and FLOW into Sacred Divine Awakening Workshop 3 where we will DISCOVER your FEMININE stroll and voice! Have fun practicing your different voices, walking as you laugh and PLAY with your sisters. 

After a coffee break we will have some play with the Feminine Awakening DESIRES and PLEASURE Rituals.

After another lovely 2 hour lunch and some light walking - we will return for some MEDITATIONS as we ease into Feminine AWAKENING Workshop 3.

After our snack break we will Learn the Art of CELEBRATION followed by some Feminine @ Play ENERGETIC Releasing and Preserving PRACTICES. 

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:

Airfare and/or other transportation to and from.

Hotel accommodations are not included.  You can choose to stay wherever you find most comfortable. 

Dinner is not included. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the intensive for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.  If you cancel within 30 days of the event - You can apply all but $500 towards the next event or one of our programs.  

 I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but I have costs already going into play when reserving event space, food catering, etc. I have designed the cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
